We only collect personal information related to the services we provide in the course of running our business including through our website, and which you have provided to us. This includes information that identifies you, that enables YogiBees to perform its obligations to you and that concerns your purchase history and any personal details for classes. Financial information is only used to invoice you for products purchased. We do not ourselves store any details of your credit card or other online payment method. Card payments are secured by our payment processing providers, Lloyds bank and PayPal. Your contact information may be used to contact you for customer service reasons, but only when necessary. Unique identifiers, such as your user name or email may be used to verify your identity. To improve your user experience we also collect information about your activity on our website, or progress through our training. We use this information to notify you about our offers and promotions that may be of interest or benefit to you.

The personal information you share with us is provided by you and collected directly through our website and through the use of Cookies. We also collect paper copies of registration forms that are stored confidentially and maintained according to compliance.

Online orders

You provide address information whenever you place an order including delivery and the form of payment you used. We do not store any credit card information – these are encrypted inside our payment partners systems (lloyds,Paypal et al). 

Credit Card Information Storage

YogiBees uses Lloyds and PayPal for its online credit card transactions. Lloyds and PayPal are leading providers of payment solutions whose software, systems and procedures have been assessed and certified to PCI Data Security Standards. Through Lloyds and PayPal, YogiBees does not have access to your card number as this credit card payment is secured by Lloyds and PayPal.
